DIET PLAN

1) No eating after 8pm
2) Max 3 Boba Nights
3) Drink loads of plain water
4) No Fried Food allowed !
5) Subtitute snacks with Fruits
6) No soft drinks
7) Exercise as often as possible ! (Situps, Jogging)
8) Less meat More vegetables
9) No tempting of each other
10) Eat In Moderation
11) Eat Slower and eat till half-fulled
12) Dont shower straight after meal.
